Thrifted Items

I’ve done a bit of shopping, lot’s of thrifting and I have to say I’m pretty satisfied. I’ve found some really great things, including a suede Jone New York jacket which will be perfect for fall, but that’s a different story.

For those who are skeptical about thrifting, it’s actually quiet amazing and thrilling. I take about two hours to go through every aisle that seems even the least bit relevant to me. I never really go looking for something in particular, other than a great bargain. Luckily, I always find at least 5 things after meticulously skimming all the racks. In the video below, I feature a handful of thrift finds mixed in with regular retail clothing.

1st Outfit:
Navy button down blouse (thrifted $3.99)
Black accordion skirt (thrifted $5.99)
Liz Clairebon red purse (thrifted $5.99)
Urban Outfitter chunky heeled pumps

2nd Outfit:
Crop top (thrifted $3.99)
Denim cut offs DIY (thrifted pants $4.99)
Black purse (thrifted $5.99)
Forever 21 clogs

3rd Outfit:
Forever 21 lace top
H&M high waisted shorts
Nine West leather lace ups (thrifted $8.99)
Faux croc purse (thrifted $5.99)

What is your favorite thrift find?

  • Unfortunately, I don’t know any in NYC. I do my thrift shopping in the city I live in at a chain called Value Village. Try google, I’m sure there is a lot of amazing thrifting places in NYC, probably way better than anything in my city :p
