There are so many sizes and colours to choose from and they are available at many different price points. The other thing I love about envelope purses is that they are much easier to store in your wardrobe, lot’s of bulkier bags need to be stuffed in order to keep their shape and that takes up a lot of space.
Anyways, on to some inspiration:
The first envelope clutch comes in a muted lime green. This colour is amazing for spring and summer, because it follows this season’s pastel trend. Another reoccurring trend is wearing metal accents which can be seen in the hardware of this clutch.
The second clutch has a faux croc effect in an electric blue. Electric blue is one of those colours that flatters every skin-tone and fortunately, it is easier to pull of than this season’s neon trend. This clutch easily dresses up any outfit and livens up even the most dull outfit.
No surprise, here is another clutch with a metal accent. This red clutch will never go off trend, red is a classic shade that never goes out of style. It adds a certain sophisticated and classic appeal that is ideal for any wardrobe essential.
Mint can be found in a variety of shades and in every spring collection this season. This quilted mint clutch with gold metal accents would look great with a pair of skinny jeans, white button down and black pointed pumps. The mint colour pop will bring any ordinary outfit up to this season’s standards. Quilted purses are particularly coveted because of Chanel.
Lastly, this folded suede clutch is probably my favourite option. I like the subdued blue and that this clutch features a strap. Clutches that feature a strap can go from a cross body pure to a clutch by simply tucking the strap into the purse (see my neutral nude lookbook to see how it’s done).
