NYX Cherry Culture Haul

Today, I’m just posting some shots of a NYX Cherry Culture haul. I live in Montreal, as you may know and NYX is hard to come by around here. Actually, the only place I knew of in Montreal that sold NYX cosmetics was the Brunette pharmacy at the Attwater Market. However, they have stopped selling NYX makeup, so I must resort to online retailers.

Cherry Culture Review

I placed my order at Cherry Culture on Cyber Monday and received my order on the 21st of December. I’m not sure if it normally takes that long, but there are mail delays this time of year and fortunately, I was in no hurry to receive this package. I received 20% off my order because there was a Cyber Monday special. In my case, Cherry Culture packed the items very securely and there were no casualties.

    I have the NYX lip cream in natural, and I layer it over the NYX lip liner in nude pink, then top it with a little lip gloss and it is the perfect nude lip. I really like the lip cream texture because its neither matte nor too shiny, so you can always add a sheer gloss for more shine, but it has the coverage of more like a lipstick. Very cool lip product!

      I’ve been spending so much time at home with no makeup that I haven’t gotten the chance to try them. They’ve been on my wishlist forever. I’m glad to hear that you’ve enjoyed them, I’m always weary about ordering products I haven’t tried or seen in person. :) Happy New Year’s.

    I loveee the soft matte lip creams, my favourite for my skin tone is Monte Carlo. I actually just bought a ton of NYX stuff off of Cherry Culture too and it took 1.5 months to get here. Crazy. They didn’t even process my order until 3 weeks after I had placed it.

      Monte Carlo is the darkest one right? I wanted that one so bad but it was sold out. My order took a long time too, I guess they are just slow like that. Thankfully everything was properly wrapped and in good condition.

        Yeah I’m pretty sure it’s the darkest, if not, definitely one of the darker ones. It’s gorgeous, I swear. Best purchase ever. I kind of want to try out other matte lipsticks though, the staying power isn’t that great :(

          In my experience with matte lip creams, Lancome L’Absolu Crème de Mat is very long lasting, but that comes with a price. it only comes in 3 shades. As for the matte NYX lipsticks, I still haven’t gotten a change to try them since I’m behind on reviews. Thank you so much for commenting again ;)
