Lancôme In Love Swatches

Back in February, I did a little post about the three Rouge In Love (lipsticks) and the Khol In Love (eyeliner pencil) that I mentioned and swatched in a haul video. However, in May I was fortunate enough to receive some more Lancôme products for editorial consideration. Hence the reasoning behind this post.

This post is a compilation of all the Lancôme In Love products I have acquired along with links to their swatches.

In the video below, I give a review and show swatches  of the Vernis In Love, Baume In Love and Rouge In Love makeup goodies.

Lancôme Vernis In Love

From left to right, the shades above are:

L’Oreal is the parent company of Lancôme and they also acquired Essie a couple of years back. It’s no surprise that their nail polishes perform well. The longevity is between 4-5 days, but what is really impressive is how long Lancôme nail polishes keep a shine without a top coat.

In the past, I featured Infusion de Prune from the Fall 2012 Midnight Rose Collection, which is still available here.

Lancôme Baume In Love Urban Ballet 112

As seen in the video above, the Baume In Love in Urban Ballet is a sort of tinted lip balm in the form of a lipstick. It’s very moisturizing and wearable, it can even be applied without the aid of a mirror.

For someone like myself, who is not a big fan of lipgloss because of its texture, this adds a nice gloss and subtle color to the lips without the added goopiness.

Lancôme Rouge In Love Corail in Love 322M / Rose Boudoir 340B

Side by side, these look similar but they are very different on the lips. I don’t know why I always have trouble photographing Corail In Love, but the video does the lipstick justice. I featured these two lipsticks in my previous Lancôme post.

I’m a huge fan of Lancôme lipsticks, I’ve even done a collection post – here.

Lancôme Khôl In Love Deepwater Blue 401

Lastly, Lancôme Khôl In Love Deepwater Blue eyeliner pencil is a smooth, no tug, type of eyeliner that just glides on the skin perfectly. I was instantly drawn to this shade, though many beauty fanatics picked up the Jade Crush shade.

For your convenience, this is a link to the exact moment in the video where the pencil is swatch – watch here. I’ve also featured this pencil in my post about How to Wear Emerald Eyeshadow.

If you have any questions or thoughts related to this collection or any Lancôme items you own or covet, let me know in the comments below.

Some of these items were provided to me for editorial consideration, others were purchased.
