What better way to suit all the fabric and patterns in Spring 2014 than a neutral nail? In Spring 2013 we saw an abundance of nail art and intricate designs. However, OPI at New York Fashion Week proposed a nude attitude for BCBG Max Azria. Runway models wore OPI Samoan Sand.
This is not to say that graphic designs and nail art will disappear off the radar for Spring/Summer 2014, but it is nonetheless a breath of fresh air. See for yourself in the video below.
OPI at New York Fashion Week
For a more graphic, modern and still minimal look, the neutral hue OPI Don’t Pretzel My Buttons and Alpine Snow were used to create a moon manicure at Jenni Kayne’s Spring 2014. Check out the killer croc texture, by the way!
Opting for a more feminine hue, we saw wore pale pink lacquer in I Theodora You on fingers and toes on the Houghton runway.
