In preparation for the launch of CND’s Garden Muse collection, I was invited for a complimentary manicure at the Spa St. James along with other beauty influencers in Montreal. The Garden Muse collection boasts a range of pastels and select bright colors for the upcoming Spring Summer 2015 season.
I have tried and written about the CND VINYLUX formula before, so let’s focus on color today.
CND Garden Muse Collection for Spring 2015
This season embodies a bold, bright garden filled with memories future-past. Beauty awakes to fragrant notes of nostalgia with the new Garden Muse collection from CND.
“This season’s trends are all about sculpted, dramatic silhouettes and intense floral hues that invite abandoned reverie,” says CND Co-founder and Style Director Jan Arnold. “Nails are seductive and sleek, adorned with a harmony of vintage floral design elements and spellbinding patterns for an alluring effect.”
On to my manicure! Despite Wisteria Haze having been the preference of most of the people who came in for a complimentary manicure, I chose Crushed Rose.
VINYLUX Weekly Polish Garden Muse collection:
- Beckoning Begonia – dusty pink with a hint of shimmer
- Crushed Rose – dusty magenta creme
- Wisteria Haze – dusty, medium purple creme
- Lost Labyrinth – medium teal with a pearl finish
- Reflecting Pool – muted, medium blue creme
- Butterfly Queen – deep fuchsia with a glitter finish
Featured benefits: VINYLUX Weekly Polish system includes a self-adhering Color Coat that eliminates the need for Base Coat. The Top Coat becomes more durable with exposure to natural light; dries in just 8.5 minutes and provides week-long chip-free wear.
These shades are also available in the CND SHELLAC formula, which is a 14 day nail polish color system.
Available worldwide March 2015; for more information, visit cnd.com.
