Tropical Print Dress Outfit

When I fist tried on this tropical print dress from Zara in 2014, it took me 20 minutes to figure out how to get it on. they had at least a dozen on the sales rack and I suspect that other people had the same issue as me. It still takes me a full 5 minutes to figure out the straps, but as you can see by the design, it’s totally worth the effort.

This is actually a backless bodycon dress which requires pasties or no-bra. The print is eye-catching and forgiving. I pair it with a short-sleeve textured blazer from The Gap which flares out a bit in the back. I’m not well endowed in the booty department, so this blazer helps create the illusion of a fuller bottom.

Whenever I can, I pair anything that has a hip hugging, pencil skirt bottom with a wedge or a heel. It makes your legs look more toned, lifts your butt and better posture. At the risk of sounding cliché, a good heel definitely makes me feel more confident about my outfit.
