My name is Alexa and I’m a 24 year fashion and beauty blogger living in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I major in Communications and Culture Studies in university, I work a part time administrative assistant and I am a beauty and style blogger.

I first stumbled upon the blogging world through style websites such as chictopia and lookbook.nu. I rummaged up the courage to do outfit posts, but I had no idea what I was doing. I was intimidated and thought I could never compete with other bloggers. A lot of them had better lighting, more time and photography skills.

Once I discovered the beauty and fashion community on youtube, I became much more motivated to pursue fashion blogging via video. I started a youtube channel in September 2009 called LolitaDemure. Then in March 2010, I switched over to my stealingbeauty account. Today, my channel is comprised of fashion videos, make-up and hair tutorials, hauls and much more. Amazingly, I have reached over 26,000 subscribers and over 3.5 million total video views!
